Frequently asked questions:

A trial lesson is offered to new enrolling students at a discounted price. Upon signing up, you will be able to attend one trial lesson to get a feel for how the lesson will be conducted.

After attending the trial lesson, you will be required to confirm your enrolment in 3 days to continue learning. You may cancel during this period.

When enrolment status is confirmed, your first tuition fee will be charged based on the payment plan you selected during registration.

We only accept tuition fee payments through a credit/debit card for instalment payments. If you wish to make full term payment using bank transfer, please reach out to our support team.

Yes, it is secure. We use Stripe as our payment gateway. The card details you submit are encrypted and we do not have access to them. You can be confident that your card information is safe and secure.

All paid tuition fees are non-refundable except for canceled class only.

Yes, you will be awarded e-certificate(s) and an academic transcript on each level completion. You may print the documents in physical form if you need.

No, if you can’t attend the live session, you can follow the class through recording later. The recording will be uploaded within 24 hours after the session has been conducted.
