  • Cancellation Before Course Begins: If you decide the course is not suitable for you, you may request a cancellation and refund before the course begins. Full refunds will be granted if the request is made prior to the course start date.
  • Cancellation After Course Has Started: If you wish to cancel after the course has started you may request for cancellation within the enrolment confirmation period, please be aware that fees for conducted lessons are non-refundable. You may be eligible for a refund for any future lessons or remaining course components that have not yet been conducted.

2. Instalment Plans

  • Monthly Instalments: For group classes offered on an instalment basis, monthly payments are non-cancellable or refundable during the term as they are based on payments until the course or term is completed. Once enrolled, you are committed to completing the entire term or course duration. No refunds will be issued for fees paid if you choose to withdraw from the course before its completion. However, if you are enrolled as private student, you may cancel your enrolment at any time and request a refund for remaining course components that have not yet been conducted.
  • Penalty Fee: For certain courses, particularly those involving group classes, a penalty fee may apply if you cancel after the enrollment confirmation period. This fee compensates for the advanced preparation and enrollment confirmation necessary to ensure the smooth operation of the course. The cost-sharing model used allows us to finalize student numbers and allocate the required budget, ensuring the course runs seamlessly and without disruption at low cost for all participating students.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Digital Goods: Digital goods, such as downloadable content or digital certificates, are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
  • Special Promotions: Refunds are not available for purchases made during special promotions, discounts, or bundles unless specifically stated in the promotional offer.

  • Technical Issues: If you experience technical issues with accessing the course content, please contact our support team for assistance. We will make every effort to resolve the issue but do not provide refunds for technical problems that are addressed.
